Faced with the growing market demand and supply chain challenges, JoeBond has invested in the construction of a future factory with a total investment of 350 million yuan and a floor area of 153,000 square meters. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2026, planning to introduce 60 intelligent hanging production lines and 5 intelligent template production lines, along with the construction of an intelligent warehousing system with a capacity of 10 million pieces.
Upon full commissioning, the enterprise’s daily production capacity will rise to 150,000-200,000 pieces, with an annual new production capacity of about 20 million pieces. This flexible manufacturing system will strongly support efficient operation models such as “small order quick response” and “instant delivery from stock”, providing more agile and reliable supply chain services for global customers.

In terms of technological R&D and product innovation, JoeBond has formed a systematic layout:
- Independently developed patented fabrics such as polyester-spandex high elasticity and peach fleece have successfully filled multiple industry gaps;
- The AI sales forecasting system can accurately predict the trend of best-selling products and optimize inventory management by integrating production, sales and user data;
- The digital design platform has improved R&D efficiency by 50%, and digital twin technology enables simulation and quality control of the entire production process.

During the project advancement, the local government has actively coordinated project land use and integrated resources to address supporting needs such as employee accommodation, providing an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project.
