The project is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2026, planning to introduce 60 intelligent hanging production lines and 5 intelligent template production lines, along with the construction of an intelligent warehousing system with a capacity of 10 million pieces.
Upon full commissioning, the enterprise’s daily production capacity will rise to 150,000-200,000 pieces, with an annual new production capacity of about 20 million pieces. This flexible manufacturing system will strongly support efficient operation models such as “small order quick response” and “instant delivery from stock”, providing more agile and reliable supply chain services for global customers.
